Suryanamaskar Abhiyan
Six-day “Suryanamaskar Abhiyan” ended on Tuesday at Global Research Institute of Management and Technology, Nachraun, Radaur. This campaign was scheduled by the Haryana Yoga Commission and the Government of Haryana under the “Har Ghar Parivar- Suryanamaskar”. For the health and promotion of the students and the common people and in the context of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti (12th January) and Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati Jayanti (12 February)in the year 2025; Six -day Suryanamaskar campaign was conducted. The purpose of this campaign was to increase awareness of physical health among the youth and to strengthen mental and physical force through Surya Namaskar. During this time, students were given information about the benefits of Surya Namaskar and the correct method. Program Convenor, Ms. Harpreet Kaur contributed significantly in making this campaign complete. She said that the purpose of this campaign was to make the students aware of physical and mental health and to create awareness about the health benefits of Surya Namaskar.



ECO ROOTS CAMPAIGN: LEAFY LEGACY
The Tree Plantation Campaign aimed to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of trees in combating climate change. The event sought to engage participants in active tree planting educate them on environmental conservation and foster a sense of responsibility towards preserving nature. Tree Plantation contributes to reforestation efforts and improving local ecosystems. Through informative sessions and hands-on activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of the crucial role trees play in combating climate change, enhancing air quality, and supporting biodiversity. The campaign fostered community spirit and collaboration, encouraging attendees to take collective action towards environmental conservation. Participants left the event with a heightened sense of responsibility and commitment to protecting and nurturing the environment, ensuring the campaign’s long-term impact on ecological health and sustainability.
