About This Course

The Diploma in Engineering is a program focused on practical and skills-oriented training in India. It is a technical course that only covers the essentials when ranked with an undergraduate engineering degree. It aims to provide students with industry or job-related basic engineering knowledge, scientific skills, computing and analysis, mathematical techniques, a sound knowledge of English to communicate in the field and the ability to apply problem-solving techniques. During the course of study, students are exposed to a wide range of topics such as computer programming, data structures, algorithms, computer networks, database management systems, software engineering, computer architecture, operating systems, and web development, among others.

Course for 3 years (after 10+2) During 3-year course (following diploma, leet entry) minimum three years of passing (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with a minimum of 45% (40% for applicants in the restricted category) in any.
